[Androidme2018]- While HTC continues to build on the One series, with the slates Mini and Max just around the corner, the Taiwanese company is not forgetting about its line of mid-range phones. Today, HTC has revealed the quad-core HTC Desire 500, which sports a brand spanking new quad-core processor.

The HTC Desire line was introduced as a solution to the large percentage of people who wanted a good smartphone but didn’t want to drop the big bucks for a flagship model.
The Desire 500 has a 4.3-inch display, a quad-core processor (with a clock speed of 1.2GHz) and will be running the Sense 5 UI, which includes flashing feed and Zoe photo software. Even more photo and video features will be present in the Desire 500, including a smart flash, slow motion, and wide-angle lens.
The camera shoots images with a resolution of 8-megapixels and the front camera will be sporting a 1.6-megapixel sensor. The video “highlights” functions will also be present, being able to combine movies and pictures into one slideshow. One slot for a microSD card is also available which allows for expandable storage up to 64 GB.
