LG hasn't revealed the exact LG G4c release date, only that it will reach key markets in the coming weeks (and the UK in June). As the LG G4c was announced alongside the LG G Stylo, which is already available in the US, we expect it to arrive very soon.
As for how much the handset will cost, LG has said that the LG G4c will offer a "premium smartphone experience without a premium price," so expect it to undercut LG G4 significantly.

The LG G4c owes a lot to the design of the LG G4: it's essentially a more compact, plastic version. Featuring a 5-inch screen with HD resolution (1,280 x 720 pixels), it's lighter (136 g compared to 155 g) but marginally thicker. It's also lacking the premium leather rear option that the LG G4 has.

The LG G4c brings a quad-core 1.2 GHz, Snapdragon 410 processor, in addition to 1 GB of RAM and a paltry 8 GB of internal storage (thankfully this can be expanded up to 128 GB thanks to microSD card support).
The rear camera comes in at 8 MP and the front-facing snapper has 5 MP -- making it a good choice for selfie fans -- and it runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with the new LG UX 4.0 interface. Finally, the LG G4c comes with a 2540 mAh battery to keep it all powered.
