[Androidme2018]- Chinese manufacturer UMi has produced an incredibly cheap phablet, which looks just like a Galaxy Note 5. Various reports have surfaced about the UMi ROME, and while its specs are unconfirmed, it could be one of the best-value phones we've seen. You're getting a lot for only US$89.99.

For their US$90, customers will be getting a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 720 x 1,280 and pixel density of 267 ppi. This makes it a relatively low-end display, but it does come very cheap. The back panel of the device has 2.5D curve, meaning it bears a striking resemblance to the Galaxy Note 5.
Regarding the ROME's internal hardware, it has a 64-bit, octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor working together with an ARM Mali T-720 GPU. One interesting hardware choice is that it offers 3 GB of RAM, which puts it on the level of current new flagships for only a fraction of the cost.
The UMi ROME's main camera is reportedly a 13 MP IMX164 sensor from Sony with a dual-LED flash, paired with a 2 MP selfie camera on the front. This will all be powered by a 2,500 mAh battery. The ROME will run Android 5.1 Lollipop.
Depending on how this device actually performs once the specs are confirmed, it could be a solid budget device.
